We are excited to announce the new Daikin EPIC Scholarship program with Calhoun Community College. This program will provide opportunities for local students interested in great manufacturing careers like Daikin.
As a start, we recently funded $20,000 for four scholarships. Each $5000 annual scholarship can cover the vast majority of the student’s direct education costs for the entire school year. These scholarships will be awarded through the Calhoun Foundation. Relatives of our employees are eligible for consideration.
Scholarship recipients will have an opportunity to EPIC Co-op with us, introducing each student to our work and culture, and allowing us to evaluate each student for future employment potential.
