In November of 2021, managers at the Daikin Decatur facility carried out a company tradition: preparing and serving a hearty breakfast for the employees.
The breakfast is a special way of thanking the employees for their efforts in achieving a safe and successful maintenance shutdown each year.
The Employee Appreciation Breakfast also serves as a yearly reminder that whether you are on the management team or the newest employee at the plant, we are all in it together and all working to serve one another in support of our common goals.
General Affairs & Training Manager Forrest Keith said the event was enjoyed by all.
“It just may be that breakfast tastes a little bit better when you know your managers cooked it for you,” Keith said.
